Who are we?

Weekday Preschool has been a non-profit ministry of Cumberland First Baptist Church since 1977. The preschool is under the direction of a Preschool Committee dedicated to providing a quality learning opportunity for preschool age children. We strive to provide a warm, positive introduction to each child’s educational journey.

As a part of CFBC we adhere to their mission statement and will exist as a place of inclusion and love as set forth in the teachings of Christ. We will recognize no circles of exclusion, no boundaries that can’t be crossed, and no loyalties above that which we owe to God.

Our intent is to make learning a fun and desirable experience. There will be guidance and opportunity to grow in the areas of academics, spirituality, emotional, physical and social development. Helping children feel good about themselves, others and the world around them is a primary goal.

Denominational doctrine is not stressed, but values, character and spirituality are exemplified by a committed and qualified staff.

We invite you to learn more about us and to visit our classrooms soon.
